Withdraw from a contract

Use this function to submit a statutory withdrawal notice. Submission records the request for review; it does not automatically establish eligibility or the refund amount.

Submit withdrawal

You must be signed in to the account used for the purchase. Enter the Stripe, PayPal, crypto, or subscription reference that identifies the contract. You do not need to provide a reason.

Your withdrawal receipts

Receipts remain available here as confirmation of what was submitted and when. Status “Received” means the notice was recorded and is awaiting review.
