1. Default refund rule
All subscription charges, gift purchases, commercial API charges, and other digital purchases are final and non-refundable unless a refund is expressly required by mandatory law or approved by Ironbrew1 in writing. Ironbrew1 does not provide refunds or account credit for a change of mind outside a statutory withdrawal period, unused subscription time, unused build or API quota, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with obfuscation output, user-script incompatibility, or loss of access caused by a breach of the Terms of Service.
Any discretionary refund, credit, or exception issued once does not create an obligation to issue another.
2. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew at the displayed price and billing interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Current-period access remains available unless the account is suspended or terminated under the Terms.
Cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period, and subscription fees are not prorated for unused days or quota except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Deleting an Ironbrew1 account does not cancel an external Stripe or PayPal subscription. The subscription must be cancelled separately through the payment provider or support.
3. Statutory withdrawal for EEA consumers
An EEA consumer generally has 14 days after concluding an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. This statutory right does not apply to a purchase made wholly for a trade, business, craft, or profession.
By requesting immediate access at checkout, the consumer asks Ironbrew1 to begin supplying the service during the withdrawal period. If the consumer then withdraws, Ironbrew1 may retain or charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied before the withdrawal notice. The amount may reflect the period of access and build or API capacity already consumed, will not exceed the contract price, and will be calculated subject to applicable law.
4. Digital content, output, and gift keys
Generated scripts, downloadable output, gift keys, and similar entitlements are supplied digitally. Where applicable law treats an item as digital content rather than an ongoing digital service, the withdrawal right may end when supply begins only after the consumer has expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right, and received the legally required confirmation.
A gift key must not be redeemed, transferred, sold, or disclosed after a withdrawal notice. Ironbrew1 may disable an unused entitlement when refunding or reversing its purchase.
5. Billing errors and mandatory remedies
Contact support promptly about a duplicate charge, payment taken for the wrong plan, failure to activate a purchased entitlement, or a material service defect. Where required by law, Ironbrew1 will first have a reasonable opportunity to restore conformity or supply the missing entitlement before a price reduction, contract termination, or refund is considered.
This policy does not exclude a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Statutory withdrawal refunds are issued within the legally required period, less any lawful proportionate amount for service already supplied. Payment-provider processing time is outside Ironbrew1's control.
6. Business and commercial API purchases
Purchases made for commercial API use, resale integrations, whitelist services, or another business activity are business purchases unless mandatory law determines otherwise. Consumer cooling-off rights do not apply to those purchases. Business charges are non-refundable and non-creditable except as expressly agreed in a separate written contract or required by law.
7. Submit a cancellation or withdrawal
Use the online withdrawal function and identify the transaction or subscription. A reason is not required for a valid statutory withdrawal. For renewal cancellation without statutory withdrawal, use the payment provider or Ironbrew1 support.
The time the request is submitted determines whether it falls within a statutory period. Keep the receipt. Cancelling renewal, requesting a statutory withdrawal, and disputing a payment are separate actions.
