Customer support, billing questions, privacy requests, security reports, content notices, and appeals against account or content restrictions can be submitted through Ironbrew1 support. Include the account email and enough detail to identify the relevant transaction or decision, but never send a password, API key, or full payment-card details.

Submit complaints to support first so the issue can be reviewed. Consumers retain any mandatory right to use a competent consumer-protection body, alternative dispute-resolution body, or court. Ironbrew1 does not claim participation in a particular alternative dispute-resolution scheme unless that is confirmed in writing for the relevant transaction.
