Choose protection settings by workload, not by habit.
Stronger transformations can increase build time, load time, or output size. Start with the standard profile and change one setting at a time.
Aggressive optimization
Runs the SSA optimizer at its highest level before virtualization. It can reduce runtime cost but may produce a larger output. Use it when profiling shows the standard build is too slow.
Intense VM scrambling
Adds more transformation depth to the generated VM. It increases build and initial load time; runtime is usually unaffected. Available on Premium plans.
VM compression
Compresses generated bytecode to reduce output size. Decompression adds a small amount of load-time work but does not change the protected script's behavior. Available on Premium plans.
